Amendments to planning permission dated 28th June 2024 (RN:24/02109/FULL) for Variation of conditions 1 and 10 of planning permission dated 20 February 2023 (RN: 22/05030/FULL) for the variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 10th February 2021 (RN: 20/02445/FULL) for, 'Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide a new building comprising three basement levels, lower ground floor, ground floor level and first to ninth floor levels consisting of hotel (Class C1) with publicly accessible restaurant/bar (Class A3/A4) at ground floor, bar and roof terrace at ninth floor, function/events space at basement levels 2 and 3; and roof level swimming pool, roof level plant and associated works; namely to allow alterations to the plant enclosure and changes to the roof-level plant strategy. (Application under Section 73 of the Act). NAMELY, at level eight, reconfiguration of internal layout to amend kitchen layout, relocate WC and open up the lobby area, at level nine, amendments to the kitchen layout and BOH store, and addition of a hotel gym. External alterations including the addition of an external staircase with glass balustrade linking levels eight and nine, an amendment to the existing external stairs at level eight at the southwestern corner, alterations to fenestration and spandrel panels and removal/application of opaque film at Levels 8 and 9, and an amendment to the description of development.
