The proposed amendments seek to update Condition 1 (Approved Drawings) in order to accommodate the following amendments: -Conversion and extension of two visitor car parking bays into a servicing bay; -Relocation of a street tree to the east of the existing car parking bays to a new location further to the east along Merchant Street; and -Associated relocation of the raised tabletop in the road layout further east.
